Danielle Howard came to the high-tech industry from an education background, where she taught mathematics and physical education to middle schoolers for nearly four years. She then transitioned to the corporate world at Workfront, where she spent some time doing extensive research into the work lives and workflows of marketers and advertisers. Since then, she’s had roles in Customer Education, where she was project manager for a complete course curriculum overhaul, and Customer Consulting, helping customers have successful software implementations. Now, Danielle works as a Sales Engineer and product expert for marketing and IT audiences. Danielle has a passion for teaching and public speaking, and in her spare time, enjoys the beach, watching reality television, going on cruises, and playing soccer.

Richard Whitehead

After studying Visual Merchandising, Melanie worked in various positions in the retail world for several years. She then took that experience to a head office position, and then onto a role designing signage, fixtures, and décor for retail environments. From there she worked in a marketing position for a couple years, before landing at IMS (Integrated Merchandising Systems) as the Creative Manager for the Canadian business, leading a team of designers focused on signage and POP.
