January is the Month of Predictions

January 3, 2017 Marcus Varner

If there's anything you're bound to hear a lot of this month, it's lots of predictions.

Yes, there will be plenty of New Year's resolutions, but those will mostly be rendered moot by the middle of the month. What will persist is the constant issuing of predictions. Predictions about what new fashions will be hip. Predictions about which stocks will be the winners and losers. And, yes, predictions about the newest, coolest ways to manage your work.

For this reason, we here at the Talking Work Blog have decided to make "Predictions" our theme for the month of January.  You can expect to find 2017 predictions from Workfront CMO Joe Staples and other thought leaders, enough prognosticating to get your 2017 plans aligned with the greatest minds on the planet.

Also this month, we'll be launching a new series for all of the accidental project managers out there—those poor souls who find themselves managing projects, despite having no training or experience whatsoever—with a little help from names like Jay Baer and Barry Hodge.

There's plenty to look forward to this year and we predict that you'll want to join us for the ride!
